Real Madrid can look to sign Portugal winger Rafael Leao in case star player Vinicius Jr decides to leave the club this summer, as per Fichajes.
Since making his Real debut in 2018, Vinicius has scored 61 times in 200 La Liga appearances. At the age of 24, he has helped Los Blancos win two Champions League and three La Liga titles.
However, the arrival of Kylian Mbappe in the 2024 summer has impacted his left-wing position.
In terms of contributing with goals, Mbappe has scored 22 La Liga goals in his debut season at Real. It is double of Vinicius’ 11 goals.
Carlo Ancelotti still sees the former Flamengo winger as one of his mark key players. But in case he parts ways with the giant Spanish club, Rafael Leao is the player they wish to sign.
In 29 Serie A outings, Rafael Leao has scored six goals for AC Milan.
His current deal with AC Milan will expire in the summer of 2028.
