Yusuf Akcicek, 19, has become one of the mark key young players that mega football clubs wish to sign. As per the Mirror’s report, even Manchester United are looking closely at his situation.
It means United have joined clubs like Tottenham Hotspur, Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid, Napoli and RB Leipzig in the race to sign the Fenerbahce centre-back.
Akcicek, who made his debut for Turkey on 23 March 2025 against Hungary, has a long-term deal signed with Fenerbahce until the 2028 summer.
He has even made 16 appearances in all competitions for Jose Mourinho’s side this season. The Red Devils are, as per various reports, looking for a mega summer transfer market this summer with many expected arrivals and departures.
Yusuf made his professional debut in 2023 for the Yellow Canaries. He had represented Turkey U17, 18 and 19 sides.
